The Progressive State of Oregon

I first visited Oregon as a child, running along its magical coastline. It was as a young adult that I found the thrills of Portland, and only later that I explored the quiet lands of the east. What I found throughout all of Oregon's diversity was a single thread: a love for freedom and peace. Oregon is an incubator for good liberal activism because it is a place that both a strong hand and a sharp mind.

We created this page of progressive resources for Oregon in order to promote the state's liberal organizations and individuals. We found a vibrant region full of political awareness, but in a state as active as Oregon, there's no way that we find all the progressive groups on our own. We're looking for help in expanding out listings, so, if you know of any progressive candidates, information resources or organizations in Oregon that we don't have listed here, let us know so that we can consider including them in our growing index.
